Help!! Help!! for and on Saturday 27th July

It will be an exciting afternoon although this is a logistical challenge so as many hands on deck as possible

needed.

After the match we will be providing refreshments out of courtesy.

On the CATERING side a list is on the internal Notice Board where people can volunteer to provide eats.

Help setting up/ serving /washing up also welcomed.

On the RAFFLE side the aim will be to have a few,

BUT larger prizes such as a collection of chocolate boxes / biscuitboxes / several bottles of wine. Each will be offered as a prize so it will be fewer prizes to try and avoid  the 21st number out of the hat for a bar of soap or a dozen eggs!

If you can help please let a member of the Committee know.

We are negotiating to gain access to the Car Park at the Village Hall for the Executives, but if members can locate some "off street" parking away from the High Street this would provide extra capacity.

As yet the layout of the day has not been finalised and here again if Members could think about

using the gazebos it will provide extra room in the Pavilion.
